The inaugural edition of Sagarmanthan – The Great Oceans Dialogue was held on November 18-19, 2024, in New Delhi. This premier maritime forum, the largest in South Asia, was organized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation.
