PFRDA Officer Grade A Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages: Phase I, Phase II and Interview.
Phase I Online Screening Examination
Phase I consists of two papers carrying 100 marks each.
Paper 1 is common to all streams and covers:

- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning
- General Awareness
There will be 90 questions, and candidates will get 60 minutes to complete the paper.
Paper 2 will be stream-specific and will contain 50 questions, with a duration of 40 minutes.
A negative marking of one-fourth mark for each wrong answer will apply. Marks obtained in Phase I will be used for shortlisting candidates for Phase II and will not be included in the final selection score.
Phase II Online Examination
Phase II also contains two papers.

Phase III Interview
