Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 1 August 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable to reserved categories as per the recruitment rules.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Candidates may also have preferred certifications such as IC 38 from the Insurance Institute of India and relevant NISM certifications in mutual funds, portfolio management services, or derivatives.
Experience
Applicants must have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank included in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
Candidates must also be proficient in the local language of the state for which they are applying. This includes reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the language.
Selection Process
The selection process may include an online examination or multiple testing rounds, a psychometric test or another suitable assessment, followed by an interview. Candidates qualifying in the online examination will be shortlisted for subsequent stages according to the prescribed criteria.

There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. The English Language section will be qualifying in nature, and its marks will not be considered for the final merit list.

Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Candidates who obtain the required sectional and overall scores in the online examination may be shortlisted for Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. The shortlisting will depend on vacancies, cut-off marks, and overall candidate performance.
Candidates generally need to secure the prescribed minimum marks in the GD/PI stage. The qualifying requirement mentioned in the notification is 60% for General category candidates and 55% for reserved category candidates.
Language Proficiency Test
