International Participation and Main Agenda

The Traditional Medicine Summit will be held at Bharat Mandapam from 17–19 December. Experts, researchers and government officials will come together to share ideas. The main goal is to improve cooperation among countries so they can include traditional, complementary and Indigenous medicine in their national health systems.
They will talk about evidence-based practices, safety rules and global standards so that traditional medicine becomes more trusted and widely used.

Focus on Holistic Health and the 2025 Theme

The theme for 2025 is “Restoring balance: The science and practice of health and well-being.”
This reflects a global move towards simple, people-focused, and affordable healthcare. Organisers say that traditional medicine provides practical and accessible solutions, especially for people who prefer preventive care and methods that match their culture and lifestyle.
