About AHIDMS

The Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) functions under the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam. It is responsible for implementing major healthcare projects, including the Assam Secondary Healthcare System Reforms Project (ASHSRP) supported by the World Bank. The society works to improve healthcare infrastructure, hospital management, digital health systems, and quality medical services across Assam.

AHIDMS Recruitment Vacancy Details

The recruitment includes five different contractual positions under various health projects.

Post-wise Educational Qualification & Experience

1. IT Technical Expert

• Qualification: M.Sc. IT, MCA, or M.Sc. Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field. Experience in managing hi-tech digital equipment is desirable.
• Posting: Regional College of Nursing, Assam.
• Interview: 14th July 2026 (10:00 AM).

2. Contract Management & Procurement Expert

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Finance, Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related discipline. PDPP/CPPP certification is desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in procurement or contract management, preferably in health infrastructure projects. Experience in World Bank/ADB-funded projects and GeM/e-procurement systems will be preferred.
• Posting: PMU, ASTHA, Guwahati.
• Interview: 15th July 2026 (10:00 AM).

3. Finance Specialist

• Qualification: CA Intermediate (IPCC)/ICWA/CMA with 3 years’ experience, or M.Com/MBA (Finance) with at least 7 years’ experience.
• Posting: MC&H.
• Interview: 16th July 2026 (10:00 AM).

4. IPA Manager

• Qualification: Master’s in Hospital Administration, Health Management, or MBA in Hospital/Health Management. Candidates with a BDS degree will receive preference.
• Experience: Fresh graduates may apply, while experienced candidates will be preferred.
• Posting: Dhubri MC&H, Mangaldai Civil Hospital, and District Hospital, West Karbi Anglong (Hamren).
• Interview: 17th July 2026 (10:00 AM).

5. Hospital Administrator

• Qualification: Master’s in Hospital Administration, Health Management, or MBA in Hospital/Health Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates with BDS, BHMS, or BAMS qualifications along with the required master’s degree will have an added advantage.
• Posting: MC&H.
• Interview: 18th July 2026 (10:00 AM).

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview. Candidates must report on the scheduled interview date with the completed application form and original documents. Verification of educational qualifications, experience, and identity will be conducted before the interview.
