- Professor or Associate Professor with 15 years of combined experience in teaching, research, or administration in universities, colleges, or other higher education institutions
- A minimum research score of 110 as per Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Notification, dated 18th July 2018

2. Superintending Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, serving under Central Government, State Government, or Union Territory Administration
- Experience in an analogous post, or as Deputy Engineer/Executive Engineer for 5 years, or Assistant Executive Engineer for 10 years in regular service
- Experience in planning, architecture, urban designing, construction of multi-storied buildings, auditoriums, laboratories, hostels, roads, water supply, and sanitary installations is desirable

3. Assistant University Engineer (Civil)

Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects, supervision, and quality control

4. Coordinator, Centre for South East Asian Studies

Eligibility Criteria:
- MA in any discipline of Social Sciences or Humanities with a minimum of 60% marks
- Relevant experience in academic or administrative field is an advantage
- Strong office management skills and knowledge of computer applications
