Educational Qualification
1. Project Officer
Candidates should have any one of the following qualifications from a recognized university or institute:
- B.Sc in Agriculture
- M.Sc in Agriculture
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
- MBA
- Candidates with related qualifications may also be considered.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in government projects, procurement, tender preparation, DPRs, EOIs, RFPs, and documentation is desirable. Candidates should also have good communication skills and knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
2. Assistant General Manager (Marketing)
Candidates must have an MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Agribusiness Management from a recognized university.
Applicants should have 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in agricultural marketing, agri-inputs, or bulk and retail marketing. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Government, PSU, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations in the agriculture or horticulture sector.
