The exercise included advanced deep-sea and mixed gas diving drills. Divers successfully carried out operations beyond 55 metres, boosting their ability to handle complex underwater missions. These activities enhanced joint expertise in search, rescue, and salvage operations.

Historic Shipwrecks Used for Training
Mixed gas diving drills were conducted near World War-era wrecks off Colombo, including SS Worcester and SS Perseus. These challenging underwater sites helped divers test their technical skills in real-world conditions.
Humanitarian and Regional Cooperation
As part of the engagement, India handed over two BHISM cubes under the Aarogya Maitri initiative to support Sri Lanka’s disaster response and medical readiness. Activities like beach cleaning, sports, and yoga sessions also strengthened goodwill between the two nations.
The exercise reflects a shared commitment to maritime stability and security in the Indian Ocean Region, aligning with the vision of MAHASAGAR (Mutual and Holistic Advancement for Security and Growth Across Regions).
