Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accounting from a recognized university.
Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in Accounting Software (Tally), MS Office, Excel, Page Maker, and ERP systems.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and record-keeping in any institution of higher learning is required.

Desirable Qualification:

Knowledge of handling the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) will be preferred.

Age Limit:

Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years as of 01 January 2025.

2. System Operator

Number of Posts: 1 (Unreserved)

Pay Scale: Pay Band – ₹14,000 to ₹60,500 with Grade Pay of ₹6,200 (as per 7th CPC)

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from an institution recognized by AICTE or the State Council for Technical Education.
Candidates must have experience in using hardware and software systems in an office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing all computer facilities and IT-related activities of the university.
Maintaining the official website, LAN systems, intranet, and internet networks.
Handling university computing facilities, software maintenance, and digital resources.

Age Limit:

The applicant must be between 18 and 40 years as of 01 January 2025.

Employment Exchange Registration

All candidates must be registered with an Employment Exchange in Assam. Applications without a valid employment exchange registration number will not be accepted.
