Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:

Humanities
Commerce
MSW (Master of Social Work)
MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Work Experience Required

Candidates must have at least 7 years of proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

Social or community development
Implementation of entrepreneurship development projects
Working with government or non-government organizations involved in rural development or skill promotion
Experience with SVEP or similar entrepreneurship projects will be highly preferred

Desirable Experience and Key Skills

Desirable Experience:

Experience in Detailed Project Report (DPR) Preparation
Skills in Training, Mentoring, and Liaisoning with stakeholders
Expertise in Coordinating with multiple teams and project partners

Key Skills:

Strong strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
In-depth knowledge of rural entrepreneurship and cluster promotion
Ability to guide the preparation of bankable DPRs
Proficiency in budget management, MPR/QPR generation, and maintaining MIS data
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills and readiness for travel as required
