Eligibility Criteria for PNB LBO Recruitment 2026

Selection Process
The selection process for Local Bank Officer consists of four stages:

Screening

Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
Candidates who have not studied the local language of the applied state as a subject in 10th or 12th standard will have to appear for the LLPT. It is of qualifying nature and tests reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in the local language.
Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview of 50 marks. Minimum qualifying marks are 45% (22.50 marks) for SC/ST candidates and 50% (25 marks) for other candidates.
