MLATrack Portal Kerala Improves Legislative Transparency
A new digital platform, MLATrack.com, has been launched to give clear information about the work of Members of the Kerala Legislative Assembly. Developed by Atyeti Research with support from Sahya Digital Conservation Foundation, the portal covers the period from 2021 to 2026. It aims to improve transparency and help people better understand legislative activities.

The platform provides detailed profiles of all 140 MLAs. It includes their biodata, constituency maps, and visual data on attendance, questions, and participation. Users can explore date-wise records such as submissions, calling attention motions, and adjournment motions. It also allows access to questions raised by MLAs with links to official answers, making it easy to track their work.

Data Sources and Easy Access
The portal uses public data from the official website of the Kerala Legislative Assembly and the Constituency Asset Development Scheme portal. It is designed in a simple way so that citizens, researchers, and media persons can use it easily. The platform does not rank or judge MLAs but only presents verified data.
Insights into Legislative Work in MLATrack Portal Kerala
The data shows that more than 68,000 questions were asked in 16 Assembly sessions between 2021 and 2026. Many MLAs asked over 1,000 questions. Around 45 members had attendance above 95 percent. Several legislators took part in more than 100 debates and also introduced private member Bills and resolutions, showing active involvement in governance.
