The recipients include Santosh Kumar Singh, Commissioner of Police; Mithelesh Kumar Shukla, Inspector General; Awadhesh Kumar Goswami, Deputy Inspector General; and Shiv Kumar Patel, Inspector. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, these officers were recognised for their sustained leadership, operational effectiveness, and long-standing dedication to maintaining public safety.
