As per the official notification, Vamsi’s tenure will start from the date he assumes charge and will continue until July 31, 2030, or until further orders. This timeline aligns with his superannuation.

The company also confirmed that he is not related to any existing board members or key officials and meets all eligibility norms required for the position.
