The main aim of the Yoga 365 Campaign is to move beyond one-day celebrations and make yoga a daily habit. While many people in India are aware of yoga, only a few practice it regularly. This campaign focuses on improving physical health, mental peace, and emotional balance through daily yoga.
Closing the Awareness Gap
Studies show that awareness of yoga is very high in both rural and urban areas. However, regular practice is still low. The campaign works to turn this awareness into action by encouraging people to include simple yoga routines in their everyday life.

Digital Access for Everyone
To make yoga easy and accessible, the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga has partnered with the Habuild platform. Together, they are offering free daily online yoga sessions. This helps people from different regions and age groups to practice yoga from home.
Linking with Existing Programs
Yoga 365 is connected with several existing programs. These include the Y-Break program for office workers, the Common Yoga Protocol for the public, and special yoga modules for health issues. These efforts help bring yoga into workplaces, communities, and healthcare systems.
Building a Healthy Lifestyle Culture
The campaign also builds on the success of past yoga events, where millions of people participated. By combining community support, digital tools, and government efforts, Yoga 365 aims to create a culture where yoga becomes a natural part of daily life.
